Redesigned Local Poké Logo

This logo is another art portfolio piece I used for my AP 2D art class. Local Poké is a Hawaiian-inspired restaurant located in Pleasanton, California, where you can make customizable poké bowls. Poké is an authentic Hawaiian dish; the most common ingredient is bluefin tuna. My goal was for people to look at this logo and know what it is about. I challenged myself to make my redesign to have more of a cultural bakcgroubd to it. i did that by drawing a bluefish tuna, and incorporated Hawaiian tribal designs on the fish.
