Growing up has brought me to experience a range of emotions far more complex than the usual happy and sad. In high school, I got more exposed to things like hate, nervousness, confusion, and a lot more that isn’t so easy to explain in a word or two. Art is a way for a student like me to express myself. It made me realize how important mental health is. Each individual box displays different types of negative emotions and the light symbol in between reveals that there is hope even though your brain is filled with a lot of negativity.
